The Hallmark actress surprised her followers when she uploaded a photo of an ambrosial black and brown-colored puppy to Instagram. Erin wasn't the only i excited. Just one solar day later she posted the news, Ben took to his own Instagram account and shared a photo of himself with the pup in his lap.

"Willoughby mine? 💘🐾 Thank you @tobiessmalldogrescue he's a dream come up true!" he wrote on January 16, with Erin only replying, "🤗."

As soon as Hallmark fans picked upwards on Erin's personal announcement, it didn't take long before they started sending congratulatory messages her way.

The reveal of Erin's new pet comes just a few months afterwards she received swell news in her professional life.
